Press Release Summary: Study abroad provider continuing to accept applications for
students to study abroad for Spring 2009

Press Release Body: Tempe, AZ, October 29, 2008 -- CEA, a leading study abroad and
global education provider, is still accepting applications for the Spring 2009
semester in nearly all of its destinations. While many universities and other study
abroad providers have closed their programs for Spring 2009, CEA provides later
closure dates as a service to their students. CEA offers full semester programs at
GlobalCampus destinations in Rome, Florence, Paris, Madrid, Seville, and Barcelona
as well as through partnering universities in choice destinations throughout the
world.

Many students have trouble meeting the early October deadlines of other study abroad
providers and need the additional time that CEA provides to work out financial
agreements or get courses approved by school advisors. CEA has numerous processes in
place to help move students quickly and efficiently through the confirmation
process. Each student is assigned a dedicated counselor to keep them up to date and
informed on everything they need to successfully study abroad, from filling out
medical questionnaires to obtaining a Visa. Important note: students should not
delay as visa deadlines are at the discretion of each nation's consulate. Students
are also provided an online To-Do list which is consistently monitored and updated
to ensure that every student receives the personal attention they deserve.

Spring is a popular term among college students for studying abroad and with the
variety of programs that CEA offers, students still have time to make a decision. In
many CEA programs the closure date isn't until mid-November. Students not only have
a chance to study abroad this Spring semester, but also can avoid the late
application fees that other programs charge by enrolling with CEA. Students from a
variety of disciplines and interested in destinations all over Latin America,
Europe, South Africa, China and more, will be able to find a program that fits their
needs. They will have the opportunity to study at one of our many partner
institutions or at one of the six CEA GlobalCampus destinations, an option popular
among students because of its interactive curriculum. A full listing of
destinations, programs, courses, dates, and prices are available on our website,
